Before launching Skill Equity Partners in April 2021, Olaf spent over four years as a Partner at Spencer Stuart where he successfully built and led the Real Estate and Private Equity Practices in Germany and was a core member of the Global Financial Services Practice. Olaf has over two decades of experience in corporate finance, real estate and private equity, and has worked both as an adviser and investor. He brings a comprehensive, global industry perspective to the work with his clients.

Prior to joining Spencer Stuart, Olaf was a senior director at AlixPartners, where he served on the turnaround and performance improvement team in London and executed complex operational and financial restructurings across various industries. He also led multiple due-diligences and portfolio company transformations with leading private equity firms. Prior to that, Olaf spent over five years at Oaktree Capital Management, where he successfully closed multiple large transactions and played a major role in the operational and financial restructuring of several portfolio companies, including acting as interim CFO of a listed real estate company. Olaf started his career with Morgan Stanley in M&A.
Before joining Skill Equity Partners in December 2023, Jane spent over seven years as the Head of Strategic Hires for FTI Consulting (FTI) where she successfully built and led the talent acquisition function in EMEA to support the investment for double digit growth across FTI’s diverse portfolio of businesses. Prior to joining FTI, Jane was Head of Talent Acquisition EMEA at Alvarez & Marsal (A&M) for eight years.
